It's H's Birthday!
It's Helen's birthday month and to celebrate, we would love for you to join us on a 100 acre property in Kangaloon, just 15 minutes from Bowral in the Southern Highlands, to cook up a few of her favourite things!
We'll kick the day off with a morning tea and a tour of the gardens, veggie patch and orchard, paying a visit to the resident animals!
Into the kitchen we'll then go, focusing on what's available in the patch and making delicious family meals everyone will enjoy. Being June, it will no doubt be a little chilly so the menu will include a cherry tomato confit, homemade ricotta, village style bread, roast pork belly, balsamic pears, hassleback potatoes and s'mores tarts!
Naturally we will sit down to lunch with a selection of good things we cooked alongside a glass or two of local Southern Highlands wine.
You will leave the farm with your own bread along with a little something from me as a thank you for attending!

($250 per person, completely hands on class limited to 6 participants)
