Gluten Free Abundance PT 2
Join me on my 100 acre property in Kangaloon, just 15 minutes from Bowral in the Southern Highlands, to cook up a storm!
23rd October - Simple gluten free sweet treats!
We'll kick the day off with a morning tea and a quick tour of the gardens, veggie patch and orchard, paying a visit to the resident Boer goats!
We will then get into the kitchen and get baking! On the agenda for the day will be a raspberry and almond tea cake, individual pavlovas with lemon curd and blueberry sauce, nutty caramel baked brie, honey marshmallows along with gluten free brownies.
Naturally we will share a wonderful lunch showcasing the glorious produce of the Southern Highlands along with a glass of local wine!
You will leave the farm with your own tray of honey marshmallows, gluten free brownies, a jar of lemon curd, a jar of blueberry sauce, a beautiful bunch of herbs from the farm along with a little something from me as a thank you for attending!

($280 per person, completely hands on class limited to 8 participants)
