Like to learn how to cook a paddock to plate menu that is completely free from gluten?
Join us on a 100 acre property in Kangaloon, just 15 minutes from Bowral in the Southern Highlands, to cook up a menu that everyone can enjoy!
We'll kick the day off with a morning tea and a tour of the gardens, veggie patch and orchard, harvesting the final bits and pieces we'll need in the kitchen to really get us in the paddock to plate mood!
We will then get into the kitchen and get cooking! On the agenda for the day will be a seasonal soup, pork fricassee, dinner rolls (you need something to mop up those fricassee juices!), crunchy roast potatoes, broad bean Caesar salad and a seasonal dessert*.
Naturally we will share a wonderful lunch to enjoy the dishes we cook up along with a glass of local wine!
You will leave the farm with your own batch of dinner rolls, a beautiful bunch of herbs from the farm along with a little something from me as a thank you for attending!

($250 per person, completely hands on class strictly limited to 6 participants)
