So Much Autumn Goodness
Join me on my 100 acre property in Kangaloon, just 15 minutes from Bowral in the Southern Highlands, to whip up some autumnal goodies!
7th May – Sweet treats using stunning autumnal fruit!
We'll kick the day off with morning tea and a quick tour of the gardens, veggie patch and orchard, paying a visit to our resident Boer goats!
Then we'll get into the kitchen to cook up beautiful treats featuring the best of autumn fruit. We'll make apple pies, quince compote, roast fig and chestnut tarts, along with a drunken pear loaf to bring that extra wow factor to your autumnal menu!
You will leave the farm with your own apple pie, a jar of quince compote, poached pears, a beautiful bunch of herbs and a little something from me as a thank you for attending!
Of course, included is a light lunch accompanied by a glass of Southern Highlands' fine wines!
