Would you like to make your own gifts for family and loved ones this Christmas?
Join us on a 100 acre property in Kangaloon, just 15 minutes from Bowral in the Southern Highlands, for some fresh country hospitality and to cook up a storm!
We'll kick the day off with a morning tea and a quick tour of the gardens, veggie patch and orchard, paying a visit to the resident animals!
We will then get into the kitchen and get busy! On the agenda for the day will be zesty lemony salts, rosemary and cranberry paximadia, spicy candied almonds, nutty granola, peanut brittle and vanilla honey marshmallows*!
Naturally we will share a wonderful lunch showcasing the glorious produce of the Southern Highlands along with a glass of local wine!
You will leave the farm with a selection of the goodies you made along with a little something from me as a thank you for attending!
9.30am – 3.00pm
($250 per person, completely hands on class strictly limited to 6 participants)
