Gluten Free Abundance PT 1
Join me on my 100 acre property in Kangaloon, just 15 minutes from Bowral in the Southern Highlands, to cook up a gluten free storm!
22nd October - Paddock to plate meals everyone can enjoy!
We'll kick the day off with a morning tea and a quick tour of the gardens, veggie patch and orchard, harvesting the final bits and pieces we'll need in the kitchen to really get us in the paddock to plate mood!
We will then get into the kitchen and get cooking! On the agenda for the day will be pork fricassee, quinoa stuffed peppers, cream of fennel soup with hazelnuts and truffle oil, crunchy roast potatoes and broad bean Caesar salad.
Naturally we will share a wonderful lunch showcasing the glorious produce of the Southern Highlands along with a glass of local wine!
You will leave the farm with your own tray of stuffed peppers (ready to bake at home), a container of soup, a beautiful bunch of herbs from the farm along with a little something from me as a thank you for attending!
9.30am – 3.30pm
($280 per person, completely hands on class limited to 8 participants)
