Join us on a 100 acre property in Kangaloon, just 15 minutes from Bowral in the Southern Highlands, to cook up a storm!
We'll kick the day off with a morning tea and a quick tour of the gardens, veggie patch and orchard, and meet some of the resident animals.
We will then get into the kitchen and cook up four dishes each focussing on different proteins - there'll be beef avgolemono soup (Greek beef soup with egg/lemon broth), roast pork with crackling all round, lamb parcels and chicken ragu! Of course we'll also make a bread, a couple of side dishes along with a cosy winter dessert like carrot cake jars!
We will also share a wonderful lunch to enjoy all that we cooked along with a glass or two of wine local to the Southern Highlands!
You will leave the farm with your own bread and a little gift from me as a thank you for attending!
