Paddock to Plate Cooking - 2 May 2020


Join us on a 100 acre property in Kangaloon, just 15 minutes from Bowral in the Southern Highlands, to cook up a beautiful Mother's Day menu!

 We'll kick the day off with a morning tea and a tour of the gardens, veggie patch and orchard, paying a visit to the resident animals!

Into the kitchen we'll then go, focusing on what's available in the patch and making delicious dishes that Mum will certainly love. We'll include a cream of pumpkin soup, village style bread, a garlic and thyme stuffed chicken, crunchy potatoes, fresh green salad and autumnal tarts that are fit for a queen.

Naturally we will sit down to lunch with a selection of good things we cooked alongside a glass or two of local Southern Highlands wine.

You will leave the farm with your own bread, a container of soup, a beautiful bunch of herbs from the farm along with a little something from me as a thank you for attending!

9.30am – 3.00pm

($250 per person, completely hands on class limited to 6 participants)
