If you're interested in arranging a private paddock to plate class for a minimum of 5 people please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you!
We'll kick the day off with a morning tea and a tour of the gardens, veggie patch and orchard, paying a visit to the resident animals!
Into the kitchen we'll then go, focusing on what's available in the patch and making delicious family meals everyone will enjoy. The program is normally focussed on producing a complete 3 course menu, including a seasonal dessert.
Naturally we will sit down to lunch with a selection of good things we cooked alongside a glass or two of local Southern Highlands wine.

($250 per person, completely hands on class, minimum 5 participants)
