Winter Warmers PT 1
Join me on my 100 acre property in Kangaloon, just 15 minutes from Bowral in the Southern Highlands, to cook up family meals guaranteed to bring on all the cosy feels!
15 June – Family comfort food at its best!
We'll kick the day off with morning tea and a quick tour of the gardens, veggie patch and orchard, paying a visit to our resident Boer goats!
Then we'll get into the kitchen and cook beautiful winter meals that bring on all those cosy winter feels! You will learn to make braised beef cheeks, a pot roast, cream of mushroom soup with focaccia, crunchy roast potatoes, and we'll also harvest from the patch and cook some veggie side dishes.
You will leave the farm with a container of soup, your own focaccia, a beautiful bunch of herbs and a little something from me as a thank you for coming along!
Of course, included in the price is a light lunch accompanied by a glass of Southern Highlands' finest reds!

($280 per person, completely hands on class limited to 6 participants)
