Join me on my 100 acre property in Kangaloon, just 15 minutes from Bowral in the Southern Highlands, to cook up family dishes guaranteed to bring on all the cosy feels!
We'll kick the day off with morning tea and a quick tour of the gardens, veggie patch and orchard, paying a visit to our resident Boer goats!
Then we'll get into the kitchen and cook a beautiful winter menu that brings on all those cosy winter feels! You will learn to cook up a veggie soup with focaccia, braised beef cheeks, a nutty pilaf, crunchy roast potatoes, and a sticky date cake complete with a butterscotch sauce*.
You will have the opportunity to try everything we cook at lunch and, with so many wonderful wineries in the area, a glass or two of Southern Highlands' finest reds will accompany the meal.
You will leave the farm with your own focaccia, a beautiful bunch of herbs and a little something from me as a thank you for coming along!
