Join Helen in our beautiful space within the historic Old Robertson Cheese Factory to make a traditional spanakopita, just like her yiayia used to bake!
Learn to make an olive oil pastry from scratch, and then fill it with all the greens, herbs and feta to make this family favourite. You will also enjoy a complimentary cheese platter and bread making demonstration while waiting for your pita to bake!
At the completion of the class, which is completely hands on, you will take home your very own spanakopita and a little something to remember your class at Mumma's.
